Our house, which is divided into many apartments, is situated in Novi Vinodolski, in the quarter of the town called “Prisika” and the road being 93 Kralja Zvonimira. This part of the town is based on a bit of a hill. This advantageous position gives our house a breathtaking panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea, the beautiful little island of San Marino that is very close to the coast and the island of Krk. The distance to the sea is 300 m (0,19 miles), and the main beach just in front of the Hotel “Lisanj” is 400 m (0,25 miles) away. The closest shop is 150m (0,10 miles) and the town center is 700 m (0,44 miles). We have allocated parking for all our guests in front of the house.

We are proud to mention that we offer high level of customer service in our house. The household is family run and we will be having home cooked food on offer at mealtimes. You will have a chance to taste specialties from this area prepared the way that our grandmothers have thought us! Of course there will be lots of meals cooked on the barbecue, Mediterranean style. We are delighted to offer you our own home made wine selection, Red and White wine made in our own caller! We also have a boat which seats 5-10 people and you will have a chance to organize a trip around the islands and the amazing coast along Novi Vinodolski and the neighboring towns and fishing villages.

Our apartments are rated 3* and they all have satellite TV. In the house you will be able to make arrangements to use the Internet.
